Rachelle D. Magwood
Rachelle has over a decade of experience in the legal field and has worked with her husband since he opened his own practice, as well as working at other law firms. She has handled real estate transactions and estate planning. In addition she has extensive civil litigation experience in both state and federal courts, and Chapter 7 bankruptcies.
Her work has resulted in excellent settlements in numerous personal injury cases, and clients always appreciate the personal touch she adds to their cases.
Rachelle was listed in the “Who”s Who Among American High School Students”, and the National Dean’s List during college where she graduated with high honors, and was inducted into the national honor society.
Outside the practice, she is deeply involved in helping people. She has taught parenting classes, worked with drug and alcohol recovery, helped women who are victims of abuse, served the homeless, and is very involved with the ministries to women at her church. She was also the editor of a book on Christian marriage.
Rachelle is a bow-hunter, and loves the outdoors (especially the snow). She has climbed Mt. Washington three times, snowboards, and loves visiting historical sites. She gets so much pleasure from sharing all these things with her family – especially her grandchildren: Pony, Birdie, Mr. T, and one-who-is-yet-to-be-born (aka Liam)!
